Typehyped

Typehyped is a typing incremental. Words appear on a board, you type them to clear them, and each word pays out based on the letters in it. Some of them explode.

Between sessions you spend everything you earned on a skill tree of 51 nodes: longer words, better rates, bigger boards, bombs that clear a chunk of the board at once, chains that set each other off, and bronze, silver and gold words worth several times the going rate. Then you go again, faster. All 26 letters level up individually as you type them, so your alphabet slowly becomes worth more.

Typing speed is rewarded, but strategy is rewarded more. You do not need to touch type to finish it.

Sessions last 20 to 30 seconds. A full playthrough is about two hours. 51 skill tree nodes, 23 achievements. Free, no account, no ads. Honours your system reduced motion setting.

A note on the downloads: they are not code-signed yet. On macOS, right-click the app and choose Open, then Open again - double-clicking will tell you the developer cannot be verified. On Windows, SmartScreen may say "Windows protected your PC": choose More info, then Run anyway. The browser version needs none of that.

The full version is coming to Steam, iOS and Android in Fall 2026.
